A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due before the trip begins.Prices are subject to change based on availability and seasonality.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days before the trip will receive a partial refund, subject to service charges.No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.

3. Travel Documents & Responsibility

Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required documents.Meezab Tourism is not responsible for denied entries due to incorrect documentation.

4. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or government regulations.Any requested changes by customers are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Liability & Insurance

Meezab Tourism is not liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or unforeseen travel disruptions.Customers are advised to have personal travel insurance.

6. Conduct & Behavior

Guests are expected to respect local laws, customs, and the safety guidelines provided by our team.
